THE ROLE The role of the Senior Project Officer - Service Agreement Compliance is to work collaboratively across key stakeholders which include Victorian government departments, funded organisations and peak bodies to drive compliance and oversight approaches to Service Agreements. This will include development and implementation of compliance and oversight approaches for the Community Services Fair Jobs Code.
Key elements of the role will include:
Communication and engagement with community services organisations; peak bodies; and government departments Development and review of policies, systems and processes which form the operating model for Service Agreement compliance (including the Community Services Fair Jobs Code) Data analytics Implementation of the operating model ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE Provide strategic thinking and support planning to develop robust, integrated approaches to contract management which enhances understanding of, and compliance with the Service Agreement. Lead the implementation of the department's Service Agreement compliance function including contributing to the delivery and oversight of the Compliance Operating Model for the Community Services Fair Jobs Code. Promote the department's Service Agreement Compliance Approach and the Community Services Fair Jobs Code through preparing and presenting reports and information to a range of internal and external stakeholders. COVID-19 VACCINATION The department strongly recommends (but does not mandate) that employees maintain their COVID-19 vaccination status in accordance with current ATAGI (Australian Technical Advisory Group on Immunisation) advice , given their individual circumstances. As of June 2023, DFFH does not require evidence of COVID-19 vaccination status.
