What will you do?
As a Senior Project Officer, your role will be to support the effective delivery of investment by assuring programs and projects align to the PMF and deliver on agreed outcomes. Your key responsibilities include:
Contribute to new challenges that show adaptability, responsiveness, initiative and resilience working in a dynamic, fast-paced and complex environment.
Communicate with influence with well-developed written and verbal communication skills.
Develop and deliver training sessions and communication strategies.
Develop team members and fulfill a guiding, mentoring and advisory role.
Help build, retain and sustain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
You must be an Australian Citizen.
A Negative Vetting 1 (Secret) security clearance or the ability to obtain one.
Demonstrated over 12 months experience in Program or Project delivery or in a Program Management Office.
Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills to liaise with diverse stakeholder groups.
Strong written communication skills, including assistance with preparation of briefs and infographic-led reports and presentations.
