This is a fixed term, full-time position commencing January 2025 up until April 2026 Program Kaartdijin has been established to develop a functionally fit, technologically robust solution to replace the current School Information System (SIS) and include additional information capture and reportability.
The Program focuses on providing short term solutions as well as a longer-term solution that meets the operational needs of schools and the reporting and management needs of the Department at large.

The approach will involve targeted professional learning sessions, including face-to-face training, video tutorials, live WebEx sessions, and eLearning modules.As the Senior Project Officer – Online Learning, you will plan, implement, and evaluate the design, development, monitoring, and distribution of digital resources for Program Kaartdijin.
In this role, you will provide specialist support to the Training and Support workstream, developing resources to support the deployment of the Kaartdijin Solution while establishing sustainable strategies and procedures for digital resource design and distribution.
You will work independently and within a team to create digital materials for school leaders and staff.
