We are looking for a highly organised and capable individual with excellent strong Project Management, Business Management and Reporting skills who is a highly effective stakeholder relationship manager to join the team in the Office of the Chief Executive. What you'll be doing
The  Senior Project  Officer istheinterface between the OfficeoftheChiefExecutive and the Organisation, collaborating with Portfolio Leads in the management and delivery of key projects, while ensuring the optimal operation of the Office of the CE in monitoring the whole of Organisation deliverables.The position provides high level executive, secretariat, and project support services to the Chief Executive and Portfolio leads as required and is responsible for assisting the Chief Executive and Portfolio leads, in managing stakeholder relations, coordinating, reporting and preparing strategic advice, coordinating and delivering on a range of projects, programs, events and initiatives that will help achieve the strategic and operational objectives of the Chief Executive Office.The role ensures appropriate governance and project methodologies are established and applied to achieve strategic priorities.The work involves collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
