The Project Officer, Minor Works and Maintenance provides support to the Infrastructure Program Coordinator in the state-wide formulation, coordination, implementation and management of QAS building related programs, including statutory, planned and unplanned maintenance, condition assessment, asbestos auditing and management, soft services and minor capital works.
The role will also provide financial and program management of Minor Works and Maintenance sub-programs, coordinate and deliver accommodation and fit out projects and assist other branch team members with the planning and delivery of major capital works projects, the development of policy and guidelines and provide advice to the QAS Regional staff to ensure consistency with the objectives of the QAS.
