Whatever your role is at FUNLHN, it is vital in supporting the smooth operation of our health care services.Relocation and Accommodation Assistance:Financial assistance for relocation may be available for eligible applicants for appointments prior to 31 December 2024.Accommodation support may be available - conditions apply.About the Role:As the Senior Project Officer, Corporate Services, you will report directly to the Director of Corporate Services, driving the success of critical projects that enhance and streamline our operations. Your mission will include spearheading project management activities such as:Conducting cutting-edge researchGathering and analysing dataCrafting insightful reports and frameworksOffering strategic recommendations to leadership and project teamsOverseeing the implementation and evaluation of key focus areas, including Wayfinding, Fleet Management, Accommodation, Waste and Sustainability, and Corporate Records.About You:Experience in the preparation of complex reports, briefings, and correspondence.Demonstrated experience in establishing, maintaining, and reviewing systems, practices, protocols, policies, and procedures.Proven experience in undertaking research activities, including collecting, analysing, consolidating, and reporting on data/information from a variety of sources.Experience in the development and critical analysis of program/service development.Experience in the use of the Microsoft Office suite of products.Building and maintaining external working relationships with key stakeholders.Immunisation Risk for this position is - Category B (indirect contact with blood or body substances)Applicant Information:The South Australian public sector promotes diversity and flexible ways of working including part-time.
