NSW Fair Trading are looking for an experienced Senior Project Officer (Data Governance) working within a team of data governance, platform, analytics, reporting and intelligence specialists driving a data-driven, intelligence led approach to strategic decision making and business operations.
In this role, you will; Be responsible for managing data governance initiatives across Fair Trading, including regular audits to ensure compliance with data sharing agreements Define and oversee implementation of data governance standards, guidelines and training material Contribute to a team of multi-skilled data governance, platform, analytics, reporting and intelligence specialists, identifying synergies, enhancing productivity and fostering innovation Build, manage and effectively collaborate with key internal and external stakeholders Does this sound like you? Knowledge and experience with DAMA DMBOK, legal and governance frameworks, data security principles, data management tools, business glossaries and data lineage analysis Solutions oriented, critical thinker with a demonstrated record of delivery Strong relationship building and stakeholder management skills High level of integrity and experience dealing with sensitive data About us
