THE ROLE This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to support Homes Victoria's ambitious agenda to deliver more social and affordable housing for more Victorians through an effective and efficient relocations process.
Reporting to the Manager, Relocation Planning & Quality, this position provides a key support role to the effective and efficient operation of the relocations team. This position will have a key role in supporting operational practice standards, facilitating a continuous process improvement and the delivery of a number of bespoke projects relating to policy and relocations operations practice.
The Senior Project Officer will work closely with all team members in the relocation unit, and business units across Homes Victoria, to drive renter centric practices and support practice quality assurance. This role will be critical in supporting the successful functioning of the relocation program and will be expected to operate with a high-level of professionalism, autonomy, initiative and collaboration.
