This role will coordinate program onboarding activities and critically review grant program guidelines and funding agreements, which support robust grant management in meeting grants policy requirements and enable strategic evaluation of outcomes. This role will prepare communications, briefings, reports, case studies as well as manage stakeholder consultation meetings and minutes to ensure transparent and accountable policy advice and support service. This role is also responsible for maintaining and improving grants and transfer payments procedures and training programs while delivering high quality project management activities.Specialist/Technical Expertise/QualificationsA tertiary qualification in business management, communication, public policy, project management or other relevant disciplines is highly desirable.Demonstrated knowledge and experience working with grant/program management, including grant agreement and contract management and policy development is highly desirable.Experience with grants and financial management systems would be advantageous.Demonstrated understanding of good governance principles in government context is desirable.This is an ongoing position.
