Contract Duration: 12 months Work Hours: 40 hours per week Work Arrangements: Hybrid (case-by-case basis, project dependent) Location: Canberra, ACT Key Duties and Responsibilities: Administer and coordinate program/project activities, including schedules, budgets, reporting, artefacts, and issue resolution.
Act as a key stakeholder liaison, building strong relationships and providing high-level interpersonal support.
Manage project changes in line with established processes and standards.
Work across various delivery methodologies, including Prince2, MSP, Agile, SAFe, and Hybrid.
Balance multiple priorities and tasks, delivering outcomes in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
Provide Secretariat support for Working Groups and Steering Committees.
Perform other duties as directed by the Project Manager or Enterprise Portfolio Management Office.
Essential Criteria: Australian citizenship (ability to obtain NV1 clearance ).
Strong stakeholder engagement skills.
Experience supporting ICT projects and administering program/project activities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, and SharePoint.
Desirable Experience: Background in Law Enforcement or Intelligence projects .
Agile delivery experience with tools like Microsoft Azure DevOps .
Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) or Scrum Master qualifications .
