Classification: ANU Officer Grade 7 (Research)
Salary package: $100,149-$105,165 per annum plus 17% superannuation
Terms: Full time, Fixed term (up to 2 years)
Position overview
ANU has an international reputation for research and education relevant to the health and well-being of the population of Australia, as well as that of the developing world.
This is achieved through discovery research, applied research in health service settings, research-led teaching in health and medical sciences, and the translation of research findings into practice and policy.

The ANU College of Health and Medicine comprises the School of Medicine and Psychology, the John Curtin School of Medical Research and the National Centre of Epidemiology and Population Health (NCEPH).
These schools work together to deliver world-class research and education across the spectrum of medicine and health-related fields, working in partnership with the health sector at local, national and international levels.

Yardhura Walani, the National Centre for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Wellbeing Research sits within NCEPH, at the College of Health and Medicine.
We are comprised of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander and non-Indigenous academic and professional staff and a vibrant student body.

Yardhura Walani is recruiting a Project Officer to support the Culture and Wellbeing program.
The Project Officer will contribute to cutting-edge innovative and multidisciplinary research in areas of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander wellbeing, in partnership with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander individuals, communities, and organisations.
The Project Officer will be expected to be organised, reliable and work with limited supervision.
Some domestic travel may also be involved.
