ResponsibilitiesConduct research, analysis and review of operations related to the delivery of the project/s with the view of achieving best practice business outcomes.Assist in coordinating and managing progress of QBCC's strategic initiatives.Develop productive and collaborative working relationships, partnerships and liaise with key stakeholders on projects.Provide advice to internal clients and the project leadership on relevant issues.Prepare high-level reports and briefing notes to a range of audiences, as well as develop staff communication processes through bulletins, email and working papers.Assist the project leadership team to lead, monitor, review and report on project implementation and provide input into the program of works being undertaken.Develop policies, frameworks and other documentation to support project delivery and project governance.Work with the Portfolio Management team to support and drive collaboration and teamwork to ensure effective outcomes for the business.Contribute to the administration of project tools.Candidate AttributesThe ideal candidate will have:
Demonstrated high level investigative, analytical and problem-solving skills in project management.Ability to lead, plan, develop and report on projects with the ability to meet deadlines.Use effective communication techniques, to build, and maintain relevant networks and relationships to achieve clear outcomes.Demonstrated high quality writing skills, including an ability to prepare information documents and executive reports and briefings.Provide leadership, direction and guidance to project teams to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and effectively within acceptable risk parameters.How to Apply Please refer to the attached PD and applicant information package before applying for this role.
