Project Management: Managing projects effectively, including scheduling, communications, governance, and engagement.Your ResponsibilitiesData Collection and Analysis: Actively contribute to and support regular collection and analysis of key capital planning and delivery information through the development, maintenance, and operation of suitable information systems and collection processes.Report Preparation: Prepare reports, briefing materials, and correspondence as required, associated with infrastructure policy and planning initiatives by analyzing suitable databases and data sources.Specialist Knowledge and Expertise: Support and contribute to the provision of specialist knowledge and expertise to policy/program areas of work, including the application of analysis tools such as Power BI.Communication of Ideas: Research submissions and communicate ideas to senior management, including the effective use of graphs, tables, and other communication means.Strategic and Policy Advice: Support the Director and Executive Director in contributing to strategic, policy, and service delivery advice for the Director-General and Minister regarding the performance of the State's capital program.Stakeholder Engagement: Work collaboratively with a diverse range of professional and administrative staff across the division and liaise and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders.Diversity and InclusionWe value and respect the diversity of thought and experiences that all our people bring.
