The Senior Project Officer (Community Batteries) is responsible for project administration and management tasks to advance construction, stakeholder and community engagement, and knowledge sharing aspects of DEM's emPowering SA community battery project, and other initiatives contributing to the government's broader energy transition agenda.

Key Selection Criteria: Please only address the dot points listed below in your application: Knowledge and experience with project management principles, their application, and use of project management tools and templates in capital works projects.Significant experience in the preparation of briefings, reports and the development of recommendations for senior management in a government setting.Experience in creating and analysing spreadsheets and databases.Experience and knowledge of the energy market, energy retail and/or distributed or consumer energy resources (DER/CER) technology would be highly advantageous.Qualifications:
Desirable: Qualification(s) demonstrating relevant technical and/or project management expertise would be advantageous.
Remuneration:
ASO6 salary range $98,478 - $104,165 per annum + superannuation
Full-time role, working 37.5 hours per week
