We have an immediate need for a skilled Senior Project Officer with experience in communications to hit the ground running, work with stakeholders, and deliver impactful communications from our team.
The role:
We are seeking a talented communications professional to join our dynamic team and drive our ICT program/project communications efforts to new heights. As a Senior Project Officer (Communications), you will play a crucial role in shaping our program and ensuring clear, consistent, and impactful communications both internally and externally.
You'll be working in an ever-evolving and exciting field that is Cyber Security, and effective communication in cyber security is paramount. It bridges the gap between complex technical information and the understanding of diverse stakeholders, from executives to end-users.

Are you right for this role?
To be successful in this role you would ideally have previous experience in a project communications or internal communications role along with the following:
Proven experience in a large/medium scale IM/ICT project management environment. Preferable in the health care industry.Experience in the provision of Stakeholder and Communication support to programs and projects.Experience in the development of communication materials and artefacts (eNewletters, Factsheets, posters, digital designs).Experience in developing and maintaining SharePoint and/or intranet pages for numerous business audiences.Proven experience in identifying and engaging with stakeholder groups and maintaining effective relationships.Proven ability to develop and manage one or more defined communication channels and/or stakeholder groups, and facilitate the business change decision-making processes, and the planning and implementation of change.Proven effective negotiation, consultation, facilitation, written and oral communication skills for use in a complex project environment.Proven analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills and a proven ability to work in a team environment developing effective working relationships with team members.Tertiary qualifications in Communications, or related discipline, or equivalent experience - would be highly desirable, but is not mandatory.Benefits of working with eHealth Queensland:
