Fixed term: Until 30 June 2025 Usual hours of work: Full time (flexibility may be available) Usual work location: Wodonga (Hume Region - flexibility may be available) The Senior Project Officer - Albury Wodonga Regional Projects will provide project management and leadership to establish and deliver the Albury Wodonga Regional Projects (AWRP).
Role responsibilities of the Senior Project Officer include:
Lead and support the development, implementation and evaluation of the Albury Wodonga Regional Projects. Provide timely high-quality advice and prepare reports for executive and Ministerial consideration on complex policy and project issues. Identify emerging issues and ensure appropriate responses, including risk analysis and the preparation of advice for consideration. The Team
The position of Senior Project Officer – Albury Wodonga Regional Projects forms a part of Regional Development Victoria (RDV). RDV work with businesses, communities and across government to deliver economic growth, create jobs, build resilience, and support economic recovery in our regions.
Knowledge and Proficiency: Uses knowledge of structures, processes and culture of government, to develop strategic and tactical responses to project delivery. Project management: Demonstrated ability to consult, liaise with and influence key stakeholders; budget forecasting and payment reconciliation. Written and Verbal Communication: Prepares complex briefs, letters, submissions, emails and reports using clear, concise and grammatically correct language. Further Information
