About the Role In this role, you will:
lead VCAT's accreditation transition by driving the shift to new national mediation standards, developing frameworks and managing processes to maintain VCAT's excellence in ADR shape ADR and training programs by implementing key initiatives, including mediator panel reappointments and training programs for Rental Dispute Resolution Victoria partner with senior leaders and stakeholders to enhance ADR systems and deliver impactful justice solutions About You You will have:
demonstrated experience in project management and familiarity with Tribunal, Court, or legal environments to lead complex accreditation and training initiatives strong negotiation, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills to manage diverse teams, committees and cross-organisational projects effectively proven ability to analyse complex issues, develop practical solutions, and deliver high-quality outcomes in a dynamic and evolving environment.
