We are seeking an experienced and dedicated individual to take on the role of Senior Project Officer, Academic Quality and Standards. This position provides a chance to help shape the future of ECU's academic standards and ensure the delivery of high-quality education.The RoleAs Senior Project Officer, Academic Quality and Standards, you will work under the broad direction of the Manager, Academic Quality and Standards to coordinate the requirements of the University's TEQSA and CRICOS re-registration process and other academic quality related projects. The role will include the preparation and review of the necessary documents required for submission and the coordination of the external review of ESOS required for the CRICOS re-registration, including any preparatory internal reviews. This role will also prepare reports for University committees and undertake other necessary projects required to support the re-registration processes and submissions to the regulator (TEQSA). The position will work closely with colleagues across the University, establishing and maintaining positive client relationships to coordinate the submission documentation. It will promote continuous monitoring and improvement against HESF standards, other regulatory frameworks, and key performance indicators and advise on improvements to frameworks for monitoring ongoing compliance.Collaborating closely with colleagues across the university, you will establish and maintain positive client relationships to develop and implement reporting platforms and frameworks, providing crucial support to schools.
