Senior Project Managr

Lead the implementation and integration of Microsoft Dynamics 365, working closely with vendors, tech teams and the business.

The role:
We're seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of key technology initiatives, including Dynamics 365 CRM Integration projects.
You'll be the central point of coordination between business stakeholders, internal teams, and external partners, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the entire lifecycle of technology projects from planning to execution, testing, and go-live, ensuring alignment with agreed-upon standards and deadlines.
Work closely with internal teams (developers, QA, business stakeholders) and external vendors/partners to foster collaboration and resolve challenges as they arise.
Act as the primary contact for all parties involved, coordinating across functions to ensure successful project delivery.
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and schedules, ensuring clear communication and alignment with team members and stakeholders.
Monitor project budgets and resource allocation to ensure everything is on track and within the agreed scope.
Regularly assess and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing issues to ensure smooth project execution.

About you:
In-depth understanding of Dynamics 365 CRM implementation delivery and integration platforms, allowing for seamless collaboration with the business, technical teams and ensuring project success.
At least 7 years of experience in managing IT projects with CRM implementations and integration platforms.
Proven track record in delivering complex technology projects using Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
Experience in applying Agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban is preferred.
Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with both internal teams and external vendors/partners.
Proficient in identifying project risks, developing mitigation strategies, and handling issues proactively throughout the project lifecycle.
Experience in the Insurance industry (preferred) .
