We're looking for emerging and experienced Senior IT Project Managers who can demonstrate successful program or project delivery where you've been responsible for initiating, planning, managing and closing out an IT engagement.
You will bring the following skills and experience to be successful in these roles:
Establish and maintain close working relationships with Sponsors, Stakeholders & SMEs,Communicate clearly, effectively and efficiently,Provide leadership and direction to your program or project team, be able to demonstrate that you can sponsor and achieve sound team collaboration, with a team of diverse people across multiple work locations whilst supporting development needs of individuals,Minimum of 5 years experience in program management or a minimum of 10 years experience in project management,Demonstrated experience working with Traditional (Waterfall), Agile, Hybrid and proprietary delivery methods,Core experience inIT Program or Project Managementon asmall, medium or largescale IT projects,Experience inITDigital, Integration,Migration,Transformation,Mergers/Demergers, Cloud,Application, Infrastructure andSecurityprojects,Demonstrated core capabilities around status reporting, RAAID registers, budget estimation/tracking (Capex/Opex), risk mitigation strategies, planning/scheduling, deliverable identification/tracking, scope/requirements management, decision making and quality control/assurance,Broad, stable industry experienceacrossfinancial services, utilities,retail, FMCG, government, andtelco domains,Strong supplier and vendor management skills,Ideally have experience with Portfolio Project Management Tools,Demonstrated experience using, collaboration and office tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, OneDrive, MS Office suite.Being a Melbourne based organisation, we're looking for our team to be based locally. We also require applicants to hold an Australian Citizenship, Permanent Residency (PR), or have other permanent work rights. OTIC are not able tosponsoror support visas at this stage.
