With a significant number of new Restaurants and reinvestment projects planned for years to come, we are on the lookout for a SPM based in Ascot to lead and mentor our Assistant Project Managers and Project Managers in best practice and execution. With our Chief Development Officer Skye Baker leading our Construction & Development teams, now is the perfect time to join the business and help us achieve our ambitious growth goals in running great restaurants.What can you expect on a day-to-day basis?Working hand in hand with the real estate team to deliver the new store pipelineAssist in vision planning of reinvestment in the marketCoordinating and evaluating Site Investigation reports including the availability of services, geotechnical and contamination assessmentsManaging and liaising with governing authorities during approval and development processManaging the development of project documentation, ensuring compliance with all departmental procedures and processesManaging the tender process, evaluation and appointment of contractors, nominated subcontractors and suppliersManaging the construction process ensuring stakeholders (i.e. Licensee, Operations, Contractors, Suppliers) are kept informed through regular site meetings and formal status reportsEnsuring construction projects are delivered to time & budgetCoordinating the project handover process (incorporating all disciplines and suppliers) to ensure the operations team are fully briefed on the operation and maintenance of all itemsFacilitating and actioning ad hoc building requests from key stakeholdersLeading and mentoring Assistant Project Managers and Project Managers in best practice execution of Time, Cost, Quality and Safety for new Restaurants and reinvestmentYour keys to success:Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Construction or relevant disciplineDemonstrated experience as a Senior Project ManagerExposure to a franchise business model in a well-known brandKnowledgeable in construction staging, programming and site safety executionStrong understanding of Australian Construction Building codes and Australian StandardsAbility to capture and influence business owners (franchise or small)Strong Written and Verbal communication skillsRelish in the Macca's difference when you join the Golden Arches:Competitive Remuneration Package.
