Unposting Date We have a fantastic opportunity within Worley's Transformation Management Office (TMO). As the Senior Project Manager, you will lead high-impact, enterprise-wide systems integration, and transformation projects across our organisation. These initiatives will involve complex technology and process changes that will significantly enhance Worley's operational capabilities.
In this role, you will bring your extensive expertise in project delivery, strong financial acumen, and risk management skills to drive success. Of particular importance is your in-depth knowledge and experience with Oracle Finance solutions (EBS, Fusion, etc.), as this will be essential for overseeing our technology transformations. You will collaborate with diverse stakeholders and delivery partners across the business to ensure the projects deliver value on a global scale.
This position offers flexibility and can be based anywhere on the East Coast of Australia or New Zealand, providing you with the ability to effectively manage your team and engage with stakeholders.

What you'll do Lead one or more highly complex, large-scale projects with a Worley-wide impact. Work closely with stakeholders to define project scope, deliverables, risks, blockers, and resources required. Ensure projects stay on budget, schedule, and meet quality standards. Create, manage, and distribute essential project documentation (charters, schedules, budgets, etc.). Provide regular project status updates and facilitate feedback sessions with stakeholders. Ensure compliance with TMO standards and legal requirements. Manage subcontractors and other external partners involved in the project. Lead key project meetings with internal and external stakeholders. What you'll have Proven experience in managing large-scale transformation projects in a dynamic, matrixed global organisation.
Essential expertise in Oracle ERP solutions (EBS, Fusion, etc.) and a solid understanding of ERP project delivery.
Experience with complex technology projects, including ERP upgrades and CRM implementations.
Strong understanding of Project Delivery methodologies (Agile/Waterfall).
Advanced financial acumen, particularly in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with diverse executives, managers, and SMEs.
Highly organised with a strong ability to focus and execute projects with precision.
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and other productivity software (Visio, Teams, SharePoint, etc.).
Familiarity with cloud-based technology solutions (IAAS, PAAS, SAAS) and the software development lifecycle.
