Senior Project Manager -Tier 3 Commercial Builder

Our client is a leading Tier 2 builder who has been in the industry for close to 40 years.They specialise in commercial projects up to $60 mil and very respected in what they do.They are looking to recruit a Senior Project Manager to join the business.They work with repeat clients, do a lot of government projects and have an average staff tenure of 10 + years.They are a great business to work for in terms of culture and opportunity.Project Manager Reporting to the Construction Manager the Senior Project Manager is responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of commercial projects.Working closely with a close knit and highly resourced team you will mentor and drive the project successfully.About You Successful candidates for this role will have a proven track record in the delivery of commercial projects over $30 mil.Tertiary qualifications in Construction/project Management, Engineering or trade background.Will have proven experience completing multiple projects start to completion 7+ years professional experience working in a project manager role on large-scale developments.Exposure to delivering projects in live environments will be highly regarded.High attention to detail, strong with project governance, reporting & programming.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.Have a positive can do attitude and be a team player.What's on offer Opportunity to join a highly regarded and well-established building company that delivers successful projects all over Sydney.A strong pipeline of future work A strong company culture  competitive salary  Career progression.Please apply below or contact Gaby Scott on 0466901687 / ******
