We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join the Project Delivery Team based in Adelaide. Reporting to the State Manager, you will be responsible for the delivery of your allocated project in accordance with agreed project objectives, standards and schedule.
As the Senior Project Manager, you will:

Lead the project team to achieve budget and delivery targets
Participate and lead meetings with internal and external groups
Deliver effective financial management for the project
Identify and manage risks in the program
Oversee the project contracts administration
Maintain and manage safety responsibility for the site
Coordinate activities for Project Completion
Support activities in the Defects Liability Period
Support tender submission activities when required

As the ideal applicant you will possess:

A degree qualification in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying or similar.
Prior experience in a Project Management role within the commercial or industrial sector
Demonstrated understanding of construction and design methodology, project management principles and delivery methods
Working knowledge of WHS best practice and legislative requirements
An effective communicator and relationship builder
An understanding of how to drive, develop and maintain safety behaviours
