Our Client is a Tier1 client in Financial Services sector.
They are looking for a Remediation Senior Project Manager (E2E) who will lead and oversee high-impact remediation projects within the health insurance sector, ensuring that regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction are met.
This role demands a proactive leader with a deep understanding of health insurance processes, regulatory requirements, and project management best practices.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing large-scale projects, particularly those involving complex remediation efforts.
Responsibilities : Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of remediation projects from inception to completion.
Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resources.
Coordinate cross-functional teams, including operations, compliance, IT, finance, and customer service.
Ensure that all project milestones are met on time, within scope, and within budget.
Ensure all remediation activities are compliant with relevant health insurance regulations.
Monitor and report on project progress to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and corporate governance standards.
Engage with internal and external stakeholders to ensure clear communication of project goals, progress, and challenges.
Facilitate regular project status meetings, providing updates to senior management and other stakeholders.
Collaborate with regulatory bodies, auditors, and external consultants as needed.
Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with remediation projects.
Develop contingency plans to address potential challenges and ensure project continuity.
Analyze data to identify root causes of issues requiring remediation and track the effectiveness of implemented solutions.
Prepare and present detailed reports on project outcomes, including lessons learned and recommendations for future improvements.
Requirements: Minimum of 6 – 8 years of project management experience in the health insurance industry.
A MUST Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale/E2E remediation projects, particularly in a regulated environment.
Strong knowledge of health insurance regulations and compliance requirements.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
