Senior Project Manager | Regional

Company: Our client is an established multi-sector tier 3 builder that focuses on new build & refurbishment projects up to $40m in the North / West. They build in a variety of sectors such as Industrial, Government, Retail & Education. The company was founded over 30 + years ago and since its inception, has grown year on year and now operates from a number of offices in Victoria. They require a Senior Project Manager who has strong subcontractor relationships in regional areas to delivery a $30m + Project in the North of Victoria.To be considered for this role;Minimum of 5 years experience in constructionExperience in projects exceeding $5mil + including civils and structures as either a Project Manager in regional areasDegree qualifiedDetermination to succeed with a project whilst working to build on existing client and sub-contractor relationshipsDuties include, but not limited to;Management of full life cycle of project from conception through to completionTake full ownership of budget and timelineManagement of client and all stakeholder both internal and externalManagement of OH&SAbility to problem solve proactively while working effectively as part of a teamEnergy and drive to achieve the best results for our clientsStrong planning and organisational skills to deliver successful projects on time and on budget.Ability to communicate effectively to drive positive outcomes with all stakeholdersFor any questions relating to this role or other opportunities with D&B and our clients please contact Billy Marotta on 0420 941 667  or click apply.
