Senior Project Manager (Redevelopment)-Infrastructure and Facilities ManagementPlay a crucial role in enhancing healthcare infrastructure and contribute to healthier futures for our young people.This is a permanent full-time position.This role involves a combination of office-based work based at Perth Children's Hospital, Nedlands, and Mill St (Perth City), community health site visits, and remote work flexibility.Position ProfileAbout the RoleWe are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Senior Project Manager (Redevelopment) to lead and manage the Redevelopment Team and oversee a diverse portfolio of infrastructure projects (new and minor works) across the Child and Adolescent Health Service (CAHS) facilities. These include Perth Children's Hospital and community health buildings throughout the Perth metropolitan area.In this role, you will work closely with clinicians and leaders from each directorate to establish collective priorities for delivery according to the funding cycle with a mission of creating environments that enable inclusive practice and support diverse needs within our communities.Projects within your portfolio are all delivered in a "live" healthcare environment, which requires significant stakeholder engagement, a keen understanding of operational priorities, and consideration for the impact on consumers and staff.The ideal candidate will have sound team leadership experience. Your ability to build a strong and cohesive team that is responsive and adaptable to shifting project demands will be key to success in this role.Your key responsibilities will include:Providing high level support and expertise in all aspects of project management from concept and business case development through to project delivery and evaluation.Advising on infrastructure projects and programs aligned with the CAHS Strategic Asset Plan and Minor Works Program.Managing redevelopment programs to budget, ensuring timely funding allocation and executive-level reporting.Developing project documentation and leading prioritisation processes, securing necessary endorsements.Allocating resources per prioritisation outcomes and ensuring projects are scoped for successful delivery.Collaborating with project managers and consultants to estimate costs and timelines, ensuring design alignment with CAHS requirements.Overseeing and managing the PCH Art Collection.If you have strong leadership and project management expertise in infrastructure or healthcare settings, with excellent stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills we encourage you to apply.About Our TeamThe Redevelopment Team within the Child and Adolescent Health Service Infrastructure Department is dedicated to enhancing facilities across CAHS, including CAMHS, CACH, and PCHN. Our work includes refurbishing existing sites, adding new rooms, upgrading facilities, and delivering works to enable new medical equipment to be installed.Our team is proud to play an important role in enabling infrastructure projects and ensuring physical environments are safe, contemporary, and support high-quality patient care.
