The team has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Project Manager to work on some of our most iconic projects across Queensland. We are looking for people with experience in the Technology sector who have specific construction and engineering backgrounds, for all phases of projects from feasibility to delivery, along with great communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with our clients.

As a Senior Project Manager in our Real Estate team, we are looking for you to be part of a high performing team, have a commercial focus and balance working across major projects.
Key Attributes Manage large scale projects as a key member in our project teamDeveloping strong working relationships and integrate with the Clients project teamEncourage a positive culture within the project teamManage the inputs for the Clients feasibility, due diligence and planning phasesManage the design process to achieve the client's brief and manage stakeholder expectationsManage the construction and commissioning phases and provide technical expertise required by the Clients commercial teamManage project timelines, risks and reportingManaging project budgets and working within the Clients financial framework and processesHighly developed problem solving skillsManage project safety and environmental requirementsDrive projects to successful completionQualificationsA recognised Degree qualification relating to a technical field: Engineering, Construction Management or Project ManagementTechnical background in building services (electrical / mechanical), construction / services manager or a trade qualification (electrical / mechanical) with management experience10+ years industry experience working on major projectsAbility to thrive in a high pressure, fast paced environmentExperience in live operational environments / critical infrastructureMultiple contract forms including ECI / GMP / D&C / Lump SumAdvanced Microsoft skills are essential including MS ProjectTechnical ability to lead and manage complex projectsExcellent command of written and spoken English with excellent report and bid writing skills.Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop a teamHighly motivated and driven with a passion for delivering to your clientsAdditional InformationOur inspired people share our vision and mission.
