Senior Project Manager / Project Manager - Commercial - 180K - 220K

Our client delivers a wide range of newbuild & fitout projects across Melbourne. Our client delivers fit-out and new-build projects in various sectors including commercial, health, education, retail & Hospitality. As the Project Manager you will work specifically on their upcoming commercial projects over the value of $10 Million dollars. As the Project Manager you will be responsible for: Project Planning, scheduling, cost control and budgeting Writing of construction program and hands-on project management delivery of work Early Construction Involvement Provide good technical knowledge and commercial awareness to the clients High-level planning, teamwork, communication and negotiating skills  Maintaining high standards of health and safety on site Playing a lead role in an ambitious company that has had sustained growth over many years. To be considered for the position of Project Manager you will require: Minimum 4-6 years' experience in Project Management on Commercial projects as a principal contractor. Tertiary qualification in Construction is highly regarded. Previously worked on D&C commercial fitout projects.
