Level 8 The Principal Project Manager will provide strategic leadership and direction, managing teams of staff, stakeholders, consultants and subject matter experts.
The above positions operate in the context of Leading Others. You will motivate and enable others to deliver high-quality work.
Buildings & Contracts – Inner City Primary School Level 8 The Principal Project Manager will work within a collaborative project team on the unique vertical Inner City Primary School in East Perth.
About You: You have demonstrated experience in complex and high-risk building and infrastructure projects. If you have skills and experience in project management, contract management, architectural/engineering/building or ICT project delivery, we want to hear from you.
You are able to:
work collaboratively in a team environmentprovide leadership in your field of expertisework flexibly across the project to meet peak activities.You communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders and lead by example, valuing mentoring and enhancing the capabilities of staff.
