Senior Project Manager - Perth

A reputable Tier 2 commercial building contractor with over 50 years in the game and an exceptionally strong financial position have appointed us to source a Senior Project Manager for a $55m new build D&C shopping centre project. The project is set up to succeed with a great team of 7 site based staff supporting you, the Senior Project Manager, including Senior Site Manager, Supervisors, HSE Advisor, Doc Controller and 2 Contract Administrators. We are looking for a driven, energetic Senior Project Manager who has excellent communication and leadership skills, someone who is structured, process driven and can take ownership of their own new project, drive the program and yet still have that care factor. This Senior Project Manager role will suit someone who wants to feel valued working in a medium sized team in Perth. Criteria for the Senior Project Manager: Recent experience with Tier 1/2 commercial building contractors on projects $30m – 100m Retail Shopping Centre experience desirable Strong on site leadership skills on fun complex projects Based in Perth or enroute, inter-state applications considered Tertiary or Trade background with longevity served in employments The Right to Work in Australia
