Ideally this role would suit a pro-active strategic thinker / solution focused Senior Project Manager with a background of delivering open space projects.We have a passionate and driven team who work together to deliver outcomes that positively benefit our community.What you might doLead the delivery of Open Space Projects.Ensure the delivery of projects on time within agreed budget and scope.Provide sound design advice, support to the project delivery teams, internal stakeholders and sponsors.Contribute to a cohesive and innovative team culture.Lead and contribute to continuous improvement.Who we are looking forA tertiary qualification in Project Management, Landscape Architecture, Open Space or equivalent with substantial experience in the management of construction projects.Extensive experience in managing whole of life public open space projects including construction management.Experience in delivering high-quality project management and integrated outcomes.Community consultation and stakeholder management experience.Experience in managing open space and recreation capital works projects in a local government context is desirable.Our work environmentWe love what we do and are all proud to work at the City of Port Phillip.
