THE ROLE Reporting to the Construction Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading and managing our latest major project for Hunter New England; focusing on delivery, quality, and safety you will motivate & challenge the delivery team to meet key project milestones whilst having some fun along the way!
Lead and manage the full project lifecycle, ensuring delivery within scope, time, and budget constraints.
Implement robust project management methodologies to maintain and enhance project quality.
Champion and exceed safety protocols and standards across all project activities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
Analyse project risks and develop effective mitigation strategies.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and excellence.
ABOUT YOU A bachelor's and/or master's degree in construction management, Project Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager, demonstrating successful project delivery within the new built environment in Australia.
Strong background in project management methodologies and best practices.
In-depth understanding of quality management processes.
A commitment to maintaining and improving safety standards in project environments.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
