Why you will love this opportunity as Senior Project Manager at Civica As Senior Project Manager with expertise in ERP system deployment, you will lead and manage various ERP deployment projects to ensure alignment with our organizational objectives. Your responsibilities will include developing detailed project plans that outline timelines, milestones, and resource allocation to ensure the successful attainment of program goals.
In your role, you will oversee the execution of individual projects within the program. You will offer guidance and support to project managers, ensuring consistent project management practices across all projects. Managing interdependencies efficiently is essential for attaining successful results.
As the primary point of contact for program stakeholders, you'll facilitate regular communications and meetings, manage stakeholder expectations, and ensure their satisfaction throughout the lifecycle of the program.
Requirements What you will do to be successful in this role Bring a wealth of experience when it comes to successfully planning, managing, implementing and deploying complex enterprise ERP projects concurrently (you will need to have PMP or equivalent to be considered for this role)Navigate the intricacies and difficulties associated with complex projects, delivering programs punctually and within allocated resourcesDrive innovation and enhance operational efficiency to align with organizational objectivesExcel when it comes to client facing, managing stakeholder expectations, providing regular updates ensuring client satisfactionPrepare and deliver regular program status reports to senior management and stakeholdersPrepare and maintain program documentation, including plans, reports, and records guaranteeing precision, completeness, and accessibilityExcel when it comes to utilizing a variety of project management toolsIdeally hold a bachelor's degree in business, Information Technology (or a related field)We really do want you to bring your whole self to work.
