Senior Project ManagerAs the Senior Project Manager you will be responsible for leading the implementation of a CRM/EMR system across 11 sites in South West Victoria.You will lead a team of internal project staff and work closely and collaboratively with the vendor, Intersystems to ensure the objectives and benefits of the project are delivered. Building highly effective and efficient project to deliver a clear implementation plan and roadmap that is delivered on time and within budget.ResponsibilitiesLead the project implementation planning process including objective setting, scoping services and resource planningProject Management following project management framework and governance processes to plan, document, communicate, execute and evaluate the projectEnsure the ICT component of business cases are aligned with the Regional Strategy, ensuring any new initiatives leverage existing ICT investmentsSupports business change, acting as a single point of contact for business stakeholders, facilitating relationships between themAct as the escalation point for project team members to raise risks, issues and ensure these are actioned at the appropriate governance forumsDevelop and maintain effective working relationships with executives, managers, staff and external partiesLead Project team members by providing guidance and expertise.Inform, maintain and lead compliance with required frameworks, processes, policies and standards required for quality and efficiency.Experience RequiredEssentialSubstantial experience as a Senior Project Manager >8 yearsProgram and Project Management experience particularly managing inter project dependencies and resource demandsDemonstrated experience managing a $15M+ CRM/EMR implementation projectsDemonstrated effectiveness in a role which interacts with all levels of stakeholders including CEO'sKnowledge or experience in structured project management methodologies (eg. PRINCE2, PMBOK, LEAN, AGILE etc.).Project leadership and management experience, direct or indirect as well as single operatorHigh-level of effective communication skills (oral presentation, written, information presentation) in order to engage with a wide variety of internal and external professionals at all organisational levels, and groups.Ability to understand health service operations, including funding policy, roles, and strategic health planning.Demonstrated ability to apply technology solutions to business problems proactively identifying improvement opportunities to add value to business operations.
