As a Senior Project Manager in our Real Estate team, we are looking for you to lead these large projects, manage a team, have a commercial focus and balance working across major projects.
ResponsibilitiesLead and manage large scale projects as the key client interfaceDevelop working relationships, problem solve and drive projects to successful completionManage the design process to achieve the client's requirements and manage expectationsReview project plans and specifications, scheduling, cost saving measures, discrepancies, potential construction problems, etc.Manage project safety and environmental requirementsManage project timelines, risks and reportingManage project budgets and advise on options to keep budget on trackDirect line management team responsibilitiesQualificationsA recognised degree qualification relating to a technical field: Engineering, Construction Management or Project Management7+ years industry experience working on major health projects.Ability to thrive in a high pressure, fast paced environment.Advanced Microsoft skills are essential and Primavera skills will be highly regardedTechnical ability to lead and manage complex projects and programs as the key client interfaceExcellent command of written and spoken English with excellent report and bid writing skills.Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and develop a team.Highly motivated and driven with a passion for delivering to your clients #J-18808-Ljbffr
