Ideally, you will have previous experience in the construction of high-rise residential works and be a natural leader.Who we're looking forA natural leader with strong interpersonal skills.Approachable, respectful, and a team player.Highly organised, detail-driven, and proactive.Resilient under pressure with conflict resolution skills.Skilled in reading and interpreting plans/drawings and specifications.Quality-focused, with excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.Some key responsibilitiesLead project planning sessions, coordinate resources, and oversee all project documentation.Manage the design.Manage communication with stakeholders regarding design, QA, and scope of works.Review engineering plans, assess buildability, and mitigate risks.Ensure legal and technical compliance while maintaining confidentiality.Oversee WHS management plans and enforce site safety protocols.Manage cost projections, budgets, subcontractor claims, and variations.Conduct project reviews, prepare detailed reports, and drive process optimisation.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and subcontractors.Experience and QualificationsDegree in Construction Management or equivalent.6+ years' experience managing high-rise construction projects.Proficiency in construction planning software, ideally MS Project.Strong knowledge of the Sydney construction market and subcontractors.Join our team!Submit your resume via the Quick apply button and ensure your profile contains relevant project examples so we can assess your candidature quickly.
