ABOUT THE ROLE
Manage a portfolio of projects on behalf of major Clients across Commercial, Retail, Industrial and Residential sectors. Lead the procurement, design, tender, contracts administration and delivery of the entire project, including refurbishment, fit out, and new build projects. Develop your career and grow with the business.

DUTIES Lead the entire project lifecycleManage the external consulting and construction teamsDrive project outcomes and deadlinesManage the client experienceSKILLS & EXPERIENCE Local industry experience (minimum 5 years in consultancy environment)Degree in property-related disciplineExperience with refurbishment and fit out projectsExperience on new build development projects (industrial, commercial)Experience in end-to-end project managementExcellent communication skills both written and oralCULTURE
