Senior IT Project Manager – Initial 12-month contract – HybridOur client, a highly regarded organisation and part of a world-renowned group, is embarking on a transformative Martech capability uplift as part of a multi-year IT transformation.
They are seeking an experienced Senior IT Project Manager who thrives on rolling up their sleeves and delivering results.In this role, you will drive a high-profile Martech capability uplift while collaborating with dynamic teams to achieve meaningful business outcomes, ensure seamless project delivery, build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, and align initiatives with PMO governance requirements, as well as position yourself for future opportunities, with the potential for secondment into other strategic projects.Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:Leading the Martech capability uplift project, ensuring alignment with business objectives.Managing end-to-end project delivery, including planning, execution, and governance.Building strong relationships with stakeholders across all levels, from executives to peers and technical/non-technical teams.Facilitating workshops to engage teams and ensure collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.Leveraging advanced project management tools to deliver outcomes in a fast-paced environment.Ensuring compliance with PMO frameworks and governance requirements.The successful candidate's skills and experience will include but not be limited to the following:Proven experience managing IT projects, with specific expertise in Martech capability upgrades (Adobe Experience Manager preferred).Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Project, forecasting, and resource management for multi-year projects.Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to simplify technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.A collaborative approach and the ability to encourage strong engagement across teams.This role offers a competitive daily rate and the flexibility of a hybrid work environment.
