Job Description Manage complex projects within the technology department, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
Coordinate with a variety of stakeholders to ensure all project requirements are met.
Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to meet goals.
Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Identify potential risks and devise contingency plans.
Ensure all project deliverables are of high quality.
Report and escalate issues to management as needed.
Manage the relationship with all stakeholders and ensure transparent communication.
Responsible for bringing all of the work streams together into a single schedule of work with consolidated reporting back into the program, they will need to align to the business delivery framework through the execution of the project and be accountable for the 101 PM activity (i.e.
governance, schedule, financial management, reporting, risk/issue management, dependency management, etc) The Successful Applicant A degree in Information Technology, Business Management, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Project Manager in the transport and distribution industry favourable Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
Excellent leadership, decision-making, and organisational skills.
Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
