Senior Project Manager

Leading Sydney CBD based Financial Services client is seeking an experienced Senior Property Project Manager.
Having overall responsibility for the end-to-end delivery of concurrent property projects across Australia.
Some of the key responsibilities include: Lead the planning and development of capital projects, identifying interdependencies and leveraging resources to maximise efficiencies and achieve required outcomes.
Lead and oversee all aspects of project development and implementation, including preparing project plans, establishing governance, identifying, allocating and managing resources, meeting reporting requirements to ensure project outcomes are achieved on time, on budget, to quality standards and in line with project management methodology.
Develop and implement strategies and tools for the continuous monitoring and evaluation of the project, including risk and contingency management, benefits realisation and project impact and quality measures in order to identify and address issues, as well as assess project progress and overall effectiveness.
Manage multiple consultants providing high level planning, technical and economic advice while addressing any issues that may arise to ensure limited disruption to project timeline or budget.
Provide expert advice and information to stakeholders on emerging project issues and present recommendations to support project delivery in line with established plans, budgets, timeframes, policy objectives and other project priorities.
Manage stakeholder relationships through effective communication, negotiation and issues management to ensure stakeholders are engaged throughout the project and deliverables are met with minimal disruption.
The right candidate will have: Significant end to end project management experience within corporate property projects ideally including refit and relocation projects .
Demonstrated stakeholder management skills to effectively engage and collaborate on project activities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to prioritise tasks and manage competing resource demands.
Strong risks and issues management This will commence as a 12 month day rate contract role and will pay circa $1100 - $1250 per day for the right candidate.
