About the role:
Lead the full project lifecycle, from Concept to Launch, leveraging the Stage Gate process to ensure structured development with a focus on strategic alignment of the portfolio with broader business objectives on a variety of exciting projects within VidaCorp.
Role & Responsibilities: Map out project timelines considering Stage and Gate requirements.Drive cross functional collaboration with key stakeholders.Mentor and guide Project Managers and Project Leads on the Stage Gate process and requirements while overseeing multiple projects simultaneously.Monitor and report on project progress, risk mitigation, and issue resolution to stakeholders/senior management and escalate decisions as required.Assist the Head of Portfolio Governance & PMO with reporting and commercial analysis of projects. Skills & Experience: Tertiary qualified in a relevant discipline.Formal training in the fundamentals of project management.5+ years of relevant experience working in a project management capacity, with full responsibility for end-to-end project management.Proven experience in leading large-scale, cross-functional projects and providing strategic direction to project teams.Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to mentor and develop project team members.Ability to maintain oversight over a portfolio of projects.Experience in an operational role in the pharmaceutical, FMCG or a related industry desirable but not essential.
