What role will you play?
Press space or enter keys to toggle section visibility As the Senior Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering our strategic initiative to migrate 15+ Group websites onto cloud technology.
This includes co-ordinating global resources, ensuring teams execute on time, within budget, and in alignment with our strategic goals.
You will have a high attention to detail, expertly managing risks, issues and dependencies with strong project governance disciplines.
Beyond the cloud migration, you will work collaboratively with our Product Owners and stakeholder across the Group, bringing your planning and delivery expert judgement to build and execute our ongoing delivery roadmaps.
You'll proactively solve problems as they occur and manage the migration from end to end, including the platform upgrade, business change and building capability.
What you offer Press space or enter keys to toggle section visibility Experience in technology delivery and project management end-to-end in a complex cross-functional financial services environment Prior experience in implementing SaaS, 3rd party cloud solutions and/or website migration with exposure to DevOps Customer obsession and a product mindset to create world class experiences for our people and customers Exceptional verbal and written communication and stakeholder management skills with demonstrable experience influencing across technology and non-technical stakeholders Strong analytical problem-solving skills and commercial mindset Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and business needs Adept at creating supportive and high-functioning team environments and co-ordinating and building positive relationships across multiple time zones Super user skills on Atlassian toolsets (e.g., JIRA and Confluence).
