Senior Project Manager

Join a leading Financial Services organisation as a Senior Project Manager to drive successful change management initiatives within a simplification program. You'll collaborate closely with stakeholders across the business to ensure the seamless adoption of change.
Key Responsibilities:Utilise Agile methodologies to oversee end-to-end project management for change management initiatives.Build strong relationships and foster effective communication with key stakeholders i.e. Change Managers, Marketing & Product teams.Identify and mitigate potential risks and develop strategies to address them.Cultivate a collaborative team culture and train and educate wider teams on impacted changes.Key Skills:Proven experience leading project teams, with at least 5 years in financial services and a focus on change management.Experience with third party vendors is advantageous.Proven experience with Agile Delivery and tools like JIRA and Confluence.Understanding of banking products and transformation/simplification projects.Paxus values diversity and welcomes applications from Indigenous Australians, people from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds and people living with a disability.
