About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Project Manager to lead our project initiatives from conception to completion.
In this pivotal role, you will ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders.
Your exceptional leadership and communication skills will be critical in aligning project goals with organizational objectives and driving overall project success.
Key Responsibilities: Develop comprehensive project plans outlining scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.
Lead, motivate, and manage project teams, fostering a collaborative environment with clear communication.
Monitor project budgets, track expenditures, and ensure projects are completed within financial and time constraints.
Maintain regular communication with stakeholders, providing updates on project status, risks, and milestones.
Identify potential risks and develop effective mitigation strategies to minimize project impact.
Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting notes.
Key Requirements:
You bring a hands-on approach with a "can do" attitude, combining responsiveness with proactivity.
Your drive for continuous growth through design research and industry trend awareness sets you apart.
Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in project management, with strong knowledge of the Design and Construction industry.
Proven track record of successfully managing projects from initiation to completion.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana).
PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.
Experience in workplace/office fit-out projects is essential.
