Because at Solventum, we never stop solving for you. The Impact You'll Make in this Role In this role you will work within the Health Information Systems Business to manage client implementation projects into health care clients.
Responsibilities/Scope:
Demonstrate recognised expertise in project leadership while also maintaining expertise in a functional area sufficient to carry out project leadership duties for Health Information Systems Business clients.Assume responsibility, with minimal supervision, for complex projects comprised of technology, interfacing, integration and enterprise design, business operational and departmental optimisation/redesign.Possess expertise in project leadership that is recognised with in the Business/Staff unit.Serve as a mentor to new team members, local management, and stakeholders.
Maintains expertise in a functional area sufficient to carry out project leadership duties and to effectively leverage a network of company resources.Sequentially lead cross-functional project teams to successful completion of projects that are typically medium to large in scale with the moderate to high business (typically Department/Division) impact.
Projects often overlap in time such that more than one project may be led at a time.
Representative complexity of a typical project would be Collaborate with Program Manager, business management, stakeholders, and project team members to refine project scope, and define project plan utilising business defined structures.Provide recommendations to project client in project planning and/or facilitates planning sessions.Work with stakeholders to define communication plans and executes them within organisation to ensure project support.Leverage resources, which may be global, across the business unit, as well as typically across several disciplines, to achieve timely completion of project deliverables.ble to provide executive level reporting summaries to both internal and external stakeholders on a regular and ongoing basis. Additional qualifications that will help you succeed even further in this role include:
Advanced knowledge and experience using project management software such as Microsoft project and VisioAn advanced degree such as an MBA.PMI or PMP certification.Significant program leadership experience across multiple functions.Ability to drive improvements in both operational and non-operational areas, including connecting cross-functional resources to remove waste along extended value streams.Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with and positively influence at all levels of the organization.Strong analytical skills.Breadth of diverse experiences and capabilities including: the ability to influence and collaborate with peers, develop, and coach others, oversee and guide work to achieve meaningful outcomes and create business impact.
