Senior Project Manager

Great Opportunity for a Senior Project Manager with Multi-res or Commercial New Build experience, wanting to join a builder developer.
What's on offer:This is an opportunity to work on a high-end apartment development project with a builder developer. You will be delivering $75 million Stage 2 of a high-end apartment development project located in the Inner West of Sydney.
Head Contractor: Long term pipeline of projectsLocation: Inner West, SydneySalary range: $200,000 - $250,000 + Super, negotiable dependent on experience and value you can bring.What you will be doing?In this role you'll be leading the project with a Site Manager, Contract Administrators, and subcontractors. You will be responsible for managing the project life cycle, liaising with all stakeholders to communicate deadlines, and encouraging a collaborative team environment leading to successful delivery of timelines & budgets.
What are we looking for?We are looking for someone that has demonstrated experience in delivering commercial new build or Multi-res projects. Ideally, exposure to projects above $40 million would help with being successful in this role. Strong ability to adapt and overcome challenges, and communicate clearly with stakeholders. This role also has a very clear progression plan to Construction Manager.
