About the company:
My client is a leading builder specializing in delivering of top tier projects in the commercial, health and rail sectors. With a proven track record, they take pride in their commitment to excellence and innovation. Due to a recent project win they are looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead the team delivering a $300M health project in South Sydney

Responsibilities:
- Project Planning & timely execution of key milestones
- Implement budget & cost management measures
- Quality assurance & proactive risk management
- Team Leadership & effective client relationship management

Your Background:
5 years in commercial construction as a Project Manager with a proven record of leading large teams
You will have been exposed to projects around $200m in value with health experience especially desired.
Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude. 
Someone who is passionate and enjoys managing both up and downstream to ensure positive results.
