Job Description The Senior Project Manager will:-
Provide leadership and drive projects.Project manage across the product life cycle from imagination to completion.Create project objectives, scope, roles and responsibilities.Provide a key interface to customers and coordinate customer communicationIdentify, analyse, and manage project risksChair meetings and drive resolution for projectsPlan and track all governance elements of project delivery including timing, resource management and budgetSet project timelines, create milestones and monitor progress to ensure project is delivered on time and within quality standards. The Successful Applicant The ideal Senior Project Manager will have extensive experience of performing similar roles..
You will have worked with and engaged with international customers...it is not essential at all, but these customers would ideally be in East Asia. You will have been involved in End to End delivery of projects - from conception to production. You will understand the cultural sensitivities of working with customers from different parts of the world, especially in Asia.You will be a great team player, who has exceptional communication skills, is humble, but can challenge respectfully and can make decisions very quickly.You will have experience of project governance in terms of risk management, maintaining budgets and schedules and you will be very open to change. The role pays between $170,000 and $180,000 plus super - depending on experience.
