The position is part of our Infrastructure Projects & Assets team based within our Infrastructure Directorate.About the RoleAs the Senior Project Manager, you will take ownership of high-profile projects from inception to completion. Your role will involve defining objectives, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. You'll be instrumental in driving strategic initiatives and fostering collaboration across stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine project scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned with organisational goals.Develop comprehensive project plans, including resource allocation and risk management.Lead and coordinate cross-functional project teams to ensure clarity and alignment.Manage budgets, monitor expenditures, and ensure financial accountability.Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.Provide regular updates to stakeholders, highlighting progress, challenges, and solutions.Ensure compliance with organisational policies and relevant standards.Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.About YouWe're looking for an experienced project manager with a proven track record in leading large-scale, complex projects.
